ArcumX SMS Notifications — Internal Use Disclosure
ArcumX operates a small internal SMS notification system used exclusively to alert ArcumX employees about the operational status of our automated data ingestion pipelines. This page describes that system and how recipients consent to receive messages
Who receives messages
Only ArcumX employees who are responsible for monitoring our data pipelines receive SMS notifications from this system. We do not send SMS messages to customers, prospects, end users, merchants, or any external parties from this number. The total recipient list is expected to remain under 10 phone numbers at any time.
How recipients are added (opt-in)
ArcumX employees are added to the alert list manually by an authorized administrator through our internal DevOps dashboard, only after the employee has explicitly consented to receive these operational notifications as part of their job responsibilities. There is no public sign-up form because recipients are not customers — they are ArcumX team members who have agreed to be on call for pipeline monitoring.
What messages contain
Messages are short operational status updates such as: "[ArcumX] CompanyName: Pipeline has not been started yet," "[ArcumX] CompanyName: Currently running step 5," or "[ArcumX] CompanyName: Pipeline completed but has not been promoted to production yet." Messages do not contain marketing, promotional, financial, or personal content.
How often messages are sent
Messages are only sent during active monitoring windows when a scheduled pipeline run is delayed, in progress, or has not yet completed. The system automatically silences itself once a pipeline completes successfully and data is promoted to production. In normal operation, recipients receive zero messages per cycle.
How to opt out
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any alert message, which immediately and permanently unsubscribes them at the carrier level. They can also be removed from the alert list by an administrator through our internal DevOps dashboard. For help, recipients can reply HELP or contact bryan@arcum.ai.
